2.3 Reading Memory Cards

3. MFP Manager

3.1 MFP Server List

MFP Manager can automatically nd the MFP print server in the network and show

it in the MFP Server List. You can select an all-in-one printer and click “Connect”

to use the printer as if you had directly connected the printer to your computer

through a USB cable. MFP Manager also displays info about the connection status.

When you don’t want to use the all-in-one printer, click “Disconnect” so other users

can use it. If you forget to disconnect, the MFP print server will automatically be

disconnected after ve minutes. (You can re-congure the time period: Refer to

the settings below.) If you unplug the USB cable or turn off the all-in-one printer,

the device will not display in the list. After you reconnect the USB cable or turn on

the all-in-one printer, you need to click “Refresh” and “Connect” in MFP Manager

to recover the connection.
